Step 3: Give your server your phone number to get checked in, earn points and redeem rewards. Forgot to provide your phone number? Scan the QR code on your receipt to earn points!

Can I earn points for alcoholic drink purchases?
Yes, as long as your check includes at least one food item. Checks with only alcohol are not eligible to earn points.
Can I redeem reward vouchers, points, or coupons for alcoholic drinks?
No, reward vouchers and coupons only apply to food.
How long do I have to scan my receipt to earn points?
A receipt must be scanned within 7 days of purchase in order to earn points. If there is an issue that prevents the receipt from being scanned, please email a photo of the receipt and your account email/phone number to blrewards@barlouie.com.
Do my points expire?
Yes, points will expire if there are no check-ins made within a 12-month period.
How can I redeem my rewards?
You can redeem your rewards when you order online or dine in at any Bar Louie location. Rewards are not available for use through third-party delivery providers.
How do I refer a friend? Do I get rewarded for my referral?
Have your friends enter your invite code when they join the Bar Louie rewards program. After they make their first purchase as a rewards member, we’ll load 50 Reward points on your account, and they score a free Bar Bite for signing up. It's a win-win!
Can I participate in Bar Louie Rewards without a mobile phone?
Yes! You can sign up and access your account through our website. You will provide your registered phone number or email address to your server at checkout to redeem rewards and earn points. You can also sign into your account during the online checkout process to earn/redeem on online orders through order.barlouie.com.
