  • Minimum 3 years of relevant restaurant experience
  • A strong work-ethic
  • An eye for talent

And you need to have some cash and equity – minimum 3-unit agreement:

  • $2,000,000 in Liquid Assets
  • $5,000,000 in Net Worth
  • Ability to execute and open quickly
